Shipping Policy - Ayulyaa

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship orders within India (domestic)as well as to international destinations. Yes – Ayulyaa ships both domestically and internationally.

Dispatch & Delivery Time:All purchases are shipped from our facility in Tamil Nadu via reputed courier partners. Please allow approximately 4–5 business days from order confirmation for domestic deliveries. For international delivery, transit times can vary by destination; typically, international orders arrive within about 10–15 business days, though some locations may take up to 2–3 weeks . (Note: International deliveries may be subject to customs duties or import taxes of the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility to pay. Ayulyaa only charges applicable shipping fees at checkout, not any customs duties .)

Delivery Schedule: Orders are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday–Saturday). Deliveries are generally made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM on these days

Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product weight, order value, destination, and other considerations. Any applicable shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout before you make payment . We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value or during promotional periods – please refer to current offers on our website.

Receipt of Goods: Orders will require a signature or acknowledgement upon delivery. If you are not available to receive the package, please arrange for someone (such as a family member, neighbor, or colleague) to receive it on your behalf. Once delivered, the responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient who signs for the parcel

Ayulyaa is not responsible for any loss or damage after delivery for example, if the package is signed by someone else at your address or if the product is damaged after you have received it .

Missing/Damaged Items:We take utmost care in packaging your order. In the rare event that you find any item missing from your order or if a product arrives in damaged condition, please contact our customer service on the same day of delivery to report the issue . Timely reporting of delivery issues helps us address them promptly
